Shared Proxy IP's appearing on spambusted and projecthoneypot

I recently subscribed to a shared private proxies service for the first time but have noticed that many of the IP's appear on sites like spambusted and projecthoneypot. I would appreciate it if some of you more experienced proxy users could answer the following questions:
Is this par for the course?
If so, how much is it likely to affect my posting success rate with programs like scrapebox and GSA SER?
Should I be asking for replacements?
Does the same thing happen to fully private proxies too?
