I need thousands of super fast shared proxies, but it seems that is not anything that is really available on the market unless of course you have hundreds or thousands of dollars to spend every month.

A good proxy? Certainly not a shared one. Or you need a shared one that you can get some guarantees on.
A good proxy would be a private virgin proxy

Shared residential IPs are generally fine if they're only used by two parties.
