Shared or WordPress Hosting for WordPress Website?

Hey guys, I want to know which hosting package is best for speed loading time for WordPress as I'm planning to host a few WordPress website for some new projects (e-commerce).
I've run WordPress website on a shared hosting plan in the past but after I got the website up and running and have some plugins installed. It's starting to slow down
the website which it's annoying.

it looks like you've used some bloated plugins (JetPack, AIO SEO, etc), otherwise there's no reason for "some" plugins to slow your sites down. I have had many sites with 20-30 plugins installed without speed penalties, but it's true that I've also used caching plugins, CDNs, and optimization plugins like WP Rocket.

And I think I may have been lucky to find a good hosting company that doesn't have crappy servers

I think shared hosting is not necessarily bad, but I do think that it starts being bad after you reach a certain number of visitors per day ./ week as - at the end of the day - the resources provided to you with shared hosting are still limited despite of what the hosters advertise on their salespage. I have seen hosters throttling the resources many times for sites that have gotten big traffic consistently, so if you know that you'll have high amounts of traffic is better to simply get a VPS or WP hosting from the get-go and avoid potential headaches and / or traffic-related issues...

Personally, I've never used VPS or WP hosting, so I couldn't recommend anything, but I know that WPX (I believe that's how it's called) gets a lot of recommendations, so you might want to start with that one when looking for options...

As for VPS, I think Hetzner is at the top of their service, but I've heard that they're pretty restrictive with who they choose to do business with, so it might not work for you.... But there is also Vultr and DigitalOcean as options that pop up constantly on the forum, so these are 2 other possibilities you might want to look into...

According to me you need to go with VPS.

See, It depends on the various factors and the company you are going with, If you purchasing shared hosting from a good company then they also take care and provide best optimise server and provide as shared hosting with their control panel or custom panel but small companies may be questionable they just provide server without optimisation as from the backend many things matter, If they provide WordPress hosting which is also shared but optimised according to WordPress site you need to do some research before joining or taking hosting from any companies, Thanks

They best would be to go for a VPS or a dedicated server with minimum of 8GB RAM, as it can give you enough memory and resources to run all your plugins and WP installations fine, and by doing that, you can always check your server usage stats too, and if something is hitting like CPU or RAM to its max, you can always add more cores or RAM, it will be best, shared hosting cant be much good for hosting multiple WP sites with plugins.

I can personally recommend WPX as a hosting provider.
Their speed is great and their support is actually helpful and would go the extra mile to assist any issues on your website even if it isn't a web hosting related issue. (at least these are my own personal experience with them)

If you expect to get a lot of traffic i would say stay away from shared hosting. Check out VPS from Contabo, its pretty cheap.
