I have read a lot of threads talking about the benefits for running quality hosting for IP and indexing related issues. I have a different question though. Has anyone here had experience running programs on their host with different results.
For example, if I run Interspire Email Marketing, Piwik, and various other php and sql programs on my host, does their performance get affected by the quality of the host?
I am using a Host Gator reseller account with a couple of these things on them and it seems to not work all the way if you will. They function, but compared to statcounter or Google analytics, Piwik misses counts. IEM can seem to go in and out of functioning. I just am not sure if it has to do with the quality of the host or a config issue. Any and all feedback about hosting performance would be great. Thank you.
