Shared admin question

Hey,

I have somebody offering me a deal that involves him paying to become shared admin of a page with me. And using ************** stuff (which I know none of), to get us both money. This sounds great and all, but I'm skeptical that he might seize the page because any admin can delete another admin. Is there anyway to counter this? Like make it so its not so big of a risk?
