sharecash trademark

hello falks,,,can i register sharecash.com or sharecash.net?? will this be considered as trademark violation??and if i register with whois privacy so they can't find my identity can they still able to take off the domain name???

It could be. ShareCash LLC could pursue you, but doubtful if you won't be trying to impersonate them, or even run in the same business (PPD).

Doesn't matter. WHOIS Privacy is just so that you won't get your personal information blasted all across the internet, but they'd get the information if they really wanted to. They don't even need the information to begin with, just file a complaint with the registrar.
