ShareCash for dodgy content or other locker?

Hi everyone,

I noticed in the ShareCash rules it says no copyrighted or adult content.
Is this actually enforced or is it really just stated to legally cover their asses?
If it is actually a problem on ShareCash, is there another content locker that doesn't have the rule, is more lenient, or just doesn't enforce it?
