use the search function, there are lots (LOTS) of dmca ignored hosting services here, as well as threads about those. forget the term "bulletproof hoster", this stuff does not exist...

I very much doubt that they are Bulletproof hosting and ignore Spamhaus abuses
We are studying the demand for our own product
