Did you try memes this cycle?

Market right now is rotational AF and nothing is lasting more than 12-48 hours.

In an attempt stay off the charts in these conditions, tell me how you are finding the whole 'Memecoin Trading' thing

Made some loss. Most here will be in overall loss. On the other hand, if someone does this fulltime, there I good money to be made.

Yes, but some coins also (fairly rare) are going into cycles. I even had a case where I had a small quantity of a coin which I had kept after recovering base capital go to 9X (yesterday I think)

Its great. Its fun too when you see all these comical things happening. I try to enjoy it while making money. Overdid it in the initial days but now have managed to find a balance.

BTW I got into this because of your threads so thanks again for that. Forever grateful.

Unfortunate you had small losses :(

What lead to the losses?

My experience this cycle was rather "free" in that plays and metas/narratives were easy to spot easy to hold until election period for US

PNLs started getting ridiculous around Nov till early jan, which was a "top" the printers were on and everyone you saw was making money in all sectors within crypto.

Now things are a bit shakier as people "figure out the game" but onchain (memecoins) are picking up again.

Streamers like Adin Ross are livestreaming themselves trading. Millions of people are trying memecoins this cycle and that can only mean one thing.

Cycle is not over.

Its great. Its fun too when you see all these comical things happening. I try to enjoy it while making money. Overdid it in the initial days but now have managed to find a balance.

You can make a quick profit by following some call channels on tg. Every day they post meme coins to buy on Solana. If you can find one with at least a 60% win rate and you sell right after making a profit, you can earn money everyday. When buying low marketcap coins, I usually wait about 3 minutes to check how it's doing. If it survives after 3 minutes and the price and number of holders are increasing, it's a good sign for me. But again there is always a risk when trading so I recommend putting a stop loss.

My portfolio only includes memecoins that meet my strategy criteria. I currently have two: TRUMP and PEPE.

I'm down 41% on TRUMP but up 6.5% on PEPE. Without diversification into other crypto and hedging, I'd be wiped out.

Overall, my portfolio is at break-even, which isn't bad compared to Bitcoin's performance over the same period.

Lost a decent amount copy trading another wallet. I used the auto buy/sell feature which I believe contributed to my loss.

Later, after going through the Meme Coin Mastery course, I decided to trade again using Bonkbot Sonic. Bought and sold a coin at BE but the fees were outrageous.

Fees are negligible after a 5-10+ sol port

Every cycle is the same, hype builds up and these one-day projects start popping up. It was exactly the same in ‘17 and ‘21 (dxsale/pinksale days). This cycle it’s pumpfun - and you might think this is surely not happening again the next cycle, but you’d probably be wrong.

I occasionally gamble away through live new pairs on dextools, but only when I’m feeling frisky - lol.

Secured a lovely bag with $TRUMP then Melania fisted me BIGLY.

Currently invested in Broccoli - not the disgusting vegetable nobody likes but legendary ex-Binance/jail-bird CZ's cutesy dog meme coin.

What a time to be alive!

Im certainly looking forward to tellin my grandchildren about how I set them up with generational wealth.

Memecoins always get me rekt. I only lose money on memecoins, it's insane. I was so close to making 20k on PNUT but bought the wrong one, on the ETH chain lol. All in all, I've lost around 5k on memecoins.

Utility coins, on the other hand, make me a lot of money (so far)... so all in all, my crypto journey is very positive.

Yeah...lost a few thousand and made a few thousand. I'm probably $2k under or so right now with trading due to all the rugs, but I have taken solice in joining insider groups with pre-planned launches or launching my own tokens. It's the only way I've been able to make reliable income.
