So I am about to start with facebook advertising. I have 2 ads pending review right now that have converted really well for me in the past with google adwords/craigslist.

I was just wanting to hear some peoples experiences with facebook ads, was it worth it to you?

Without sharing your niche, what do you market products or services? What kind of CPC do you spend. All that good stuff!

Turned $5 to $47... You gotta learn the game. It takes a while to figure out facebook

My experiences with Facebook showed very low conversions, but it could have been the niche. I just tried to get my ad approved for my weight loss product, and they have very stringent guidelines, and disapproved the ads twice. At this point, it's not worth it to me.

Facebook can be very strict sometimes, but I find some of my ads converting very well, my best was a coupon service which converted 14% I remember I netted 4,000$ a month from it, but it's a trend, and ctr goes down when CPC goes up so I was forced to take it off because it didn't made good profit the next month

I was able to run about 80% profit for awhile, then the conversions dried up. This was pretty targeted small market stuff, so thats probably the major reason, most users had seen the add and tuned it out.
