Share your experience building porn tubes

Hey guys I am new to the blackhatworld forum, I recently started to create porn tubes and would love to know everyone else's experiences.

I started last month and now I have been getting around 10 - 30 hits per day which is very low. Whats the best way to get traffic to the website?
Do people still use bots to generate traffic ( I know this is a stupid question but would love to know about the black hat world which exists today )

From my Experience :
Porn is one of the Great Niche to make money from.

Seriously, I don't have any experience other than watching.
As an End User, I can suggest you few things.

1. Upload only Selective Porn Videos that are good to watch
2. Avoid Too much of Ads.
3. Update fresh Videos.
4. Split the categories & show only related videos when search
5, HD videos + long duration ones.
6, 7, 8 & .. so on.. (Don't re-direct any videos to other Bullshit picture site)
