Step 1: Prepare 1 payment method dead account and 1 payment method live account
Setp 2: Share the page to both accounts
Step 3: Create a campaign on an account with a dead payment method, wait 2-5 minutes, it will give an error and be disabled in the ad group
Step 4: Open account live payment method and enable ad group, wait 5-10 minutes your campaign will be active

Note: For a new account that doesn't have any campaigns, you need to create a campaign first for it to work
