Share tips & Tricks to increase engagement

What do you guys do to increase your engagement on Instagram?

The obvious things would be things like posting great content, actively liking/commenting on profiles, maybe shoutouts - but what else? What are some great tips and tricks that you guys use to increase engagement?

Just FYI, I am not asking you to reveal top secrets, but more of general ideas/tips/tricks that maybe not everybody realises they can do.

For high engagement
- post AMAZING content (most important)
- post at time when your followers are online
- create 'call to action' captions (give your followers a reason to like/save/comment on your posts)
- interact with your audience
- post a story to make people engage with your content after posting
- use relevant #s
- don't spam (not more than 3 posts a day)
