If you post in all groups simultaneously, will result in ban

There are some facebook scripts that allow to post on user joined groups and have other useful features

Simply get the facebook email address and email those groups.

You can not add photos and videos through email posting.

Do not use this method with your precious facebook account. Use it
with aged and fully filled profile accounts.

I would recommend to go for 15 groups in the span of 3 - 4 hours.

It depeds if you have more than 20 groups and posting rate in all of them in 2-3 minutes than your posting link gets banned or token gets xpired
