Certainly this whole situation appears questionable at best. I'm pretty sure you're skirting the rules of forum, and engaging in a pretty malicious campaign of deception. It seems very obvious you're mining very valuable data under false pretenses. Even if you do send the gifts to people (which I doubt) you could still be selling their personal information to any willing buyer. The whole thing smells bad and runs along self-promotion lines at best even here in the "hire-a-freelancer" section.
