3. Focus on an untapped and profitable niche

4. Drive external traffic to promote your gigs

5. Learn how to upsell your gigs
 
I would start with asking all my family/friends to buy the service on fiverr, deliver to them and get 5 stars and good reviews.

Be super responsive on there. By that I mean, respond quick, as soon as you get a request.

If you share what type of service you provide, we might be able to give more suggestions.
 
By repeating your keyword in title,tags,pricing, FAQs and description as well, you can rank your gig and attract the attention of clients
