Are they the same thing? I just noticed it now
Nope, one is to share it like a message in your wall and Suggest to friends is to directly suggest the page to your friends.
As NeoGeneration said, the suggest to friends button sends them like an "invitation" and the share button posts it up on your wall for your friends to see.
Are you sure it posts to your wall? I know it posts to your News Feed, but from what I can remember it does not post to your wall. Maybe I am wrong.
it does post to your wall and for that will be showed on news feed from all your friends
does post to your wall and all frnds can see
It posts to your wall, this doesnt mean that everyone can see it though
You may have Limited Profile, or your friends may have clicked to always hide your results from their feed etc
The most direct way would be to post it on your friend's wall. But that would probably get your account deleted.
FYI, if you click more than 49 friends on the suggest to friends, it does not work... Only do 49 at a time.
Thank you all for your responses! I did not want to go crazy with the "Thanks" button.
