Fact is nobody is going to fill in offers just to please you. You need to offer some very valuable carrot, something that they desperately need. You always need to think from the users perspective.

If you want to receive you need to give something in return, but be aware, you can give your carrot to the wrong horse
 
I think this thread would of been more successful if you actually shared a few tips/tricks of your own first, just my 2 cents anyway.
