That's cause they've been and gone. A few months ago.
 
I still see these selling in market stands in the UK in most shopping centers. You just need to be sure they don't contain nickel as the cheap ones can do.

yes, if you want 10 pieces in wholesale...for 3 USD each, it is impossible.

And they sell for at least 9,99 bucks.

You need to understand that these sellers buy 1000's that is why they make money on it. If you buy less , you make less money.
