Hi,
One of of my MNS is ranking no.1 for its main keyword with 6600 Exact US searches and CPC of $5.Started the site on 12th PAril and so far Have more than 700 UV but somehow i am getting very less click on adsense and i dont know how to monetize it.
So,will it be a safe bet to sell it off for a decent price and how much price shall i ask for.
Its related to medicine niche

No one would buy it if its not earning anything, try changing the ad layouts and positions

Till date I have earned around $9 from adsesne but i put the ads only after it got into top 5 i.e after 29th April

I guess its better to monetize the site well and wait for it to earn before thinking of selling it.

I will suggest you wait for right time!! Firstly increase traffic, monetize the site and stay for earn.
