Shall I Sell This Domain?

Hi,

Fellow Blackhatters, I have a website with domain name which is Keyword rich.

When i checked with google keyword tool, the keyword has monthly search volume of 74,000 and for that particular keyword my website shows in the first page of the google search results page among 32,500,000.

I am using C P A Lead gateway to block the content. But still cant make good conversion from it. I am getting only $5 - $10 per day.

What shall i do now? shall i flip the website for good price or i have to drive more traffic for my website.

If i have to flip, what price would be best to sell the domain along with the website content?

Kindly help me out....

How much clicks you get to make 5-10$???

I am getting around 50 - 70clicks.

It's impossible to give you a price without more info. Some sites can go for up to 12 months revenue and some can sell for 6 months revenue

pffft the site in its current state if you can only get that from ************** is nearly worthless, feed it more links and get it more traffic, i bet the only reason you rank for that competitive keyword is a domain name match isnt it?

My best bet would be, that the number is broad search and the exact search is much much lower and that is why you are not earning that much

most of the People are searching only for my domain name keyword. 74,000 search per month is the high volume in that niche.

yes as supermod says keyword is matching my domain name.

Yes, more candy! thats the problem, i purchased traffic but no conversion, if i use adwords it wont be profitable as C P A Lead only pay mere 0.50 cents to $1.50 per survey.
