I found an expired domain. thinking to create a money site...
anchor text history is also clear...

That's a lot of backlinks from a few domains. Are you sure it's clean?
Have you checked Wayback Machine?

If it's cheap though, why not give it a go!
 
Do you plan to flip it after you buy or make up a site?

The domain is clean and cheap that's what I need...

yeah.. I checked Wayback machine..it was a normal blogger site
but the multiple backlinks from some sites make me a bit skeptical...you can see in this image

Links are quite weak. And seems like most of them are from web 2.0?

Get a domain that has 30-50+ RD with some decent contextual links.
 
Check the domain history by Wayback machine if its history is clear then this is a plus point. then check its backlinks and manually check its spam score. if all clean so you can make it money site Plus check if it is indexed or not.
 
Ratio between backlinks and referring domains is awful
