Shadowmaker vs SSES

I've seen a few older posts about these tools, but was wondering if anyone has used the latest versions and if so could say what they liked or didn't.

I'm looking for an elegant tool to create optimized content to feed to search engines, while users get the marketing/landing page. I believe Shadowmaker does this. I couldn't really figure out for sure what SSES does based on the terse description on the site, although it looked like they have a helpful user community once you subscribe.

I'm looking to purchase something soon to start on some projects, any advice is appreciated!
