Pretty much the title, I checked my account today after taking a break for a week (Roughly the full duration of the ban).

I noticed that my tweets were visible again so I tried reposting something instead of tweeting. Minutes after that I checked my visibility again and my tweets weren't there anymore.

I genuinely don't know what to do anymore, every single action I do on that account ends up with shadowban or a label, is there anything I can do at this point?, Im worried its gonna end up become permanent since now this would be the third time banned.

Should I just abandon the account and try my luck in a different one?

Create a sub account and try posting in a different style, for example softbait with indirect links. If the new account lasts a few weeks, you can gradually move traffic there

From my experience, shadowbans can last from just a few days to a week, it's easy to check by yourself by simply searching "from:id" and checking if any of your tweets show up in any of the tabs.

I have read from other people that they could be permanent but I cannot confirm that.

During that time I completely abandoned the account and used a different one till it was fine.
