ShadowBanned! Is there anything I can do to remove this?

I have read a few threads here and could not find a definitive answer on if you can remove the shadow ban. Has anyone successfully removed it?

I suggest for you to back off from posting for a couple of days. You may also want to delete all the hashtags you have used in your recent posts. You might have used a banned hashtag that may be the reason why you are shadowbanned. If you have already checked your profile and you are absolutely positive that you didn't disobey any Instagram rules, then you can contact Instagram and tell that you are wrongfully shadowbanned.

First of all, how do you know you are shadow banned? A lot of people thinks so and they are not.

If you are sure about that is exactly what @ContentWriter told you. I will add as well delete the link you have in your Bio for some days if you are using any link to not HQ sources.

And chill a bit. A few days without posting, liking or commenting

I'm not sure how to remove it, but I've seen that going off Instagram for a few days does help. Just try to stay away for at least two days, and then try posting again.

Thank you kindly for the reply.

I'm pretty sure I was shadow banned, I went from getting 3-4k in likes to 1.5k likes per post. Nothing has changed in my end in regards to content or posting. I did check on the below site which confirmed I was shadow banned:

How do you know which tags are banned? I have been reporting the issues to IG with no reply, do they even reply? Do you know of anyone removing the ban?

Thank you for your reply. Link in bio? You mean IG? I don't have one just my name Now location. I really only post 3-4 times a week.

I want to know too
That how do we know which hashtags are banned ?
Are they with no recent posts !
it would take too much time to check each hashtag manually if they are banned or not

I removed a shadowbanned post. It got shadow banned because of an engagement group I tested - never again I will use this one.

You can check your shadowbanned posts on
shadowban.azurewebsites.net

I removed all the hashtags and deleted the comments I got from this group. And then everything was fine.
Maybe you should also wait a few days before posting again.

Same experiance for pet account. I have 5K followers and every post had over 1K likes. Max 1,3K likes. Now I have 7K followers and only 500 likes. Max 1K likes. I have pause for 10 days. Try to post more beautiful and HQ pic and without sense

On the site shadowban. ... I should be clean. So I dont know

What is an engagement group? I was added to a 20k+ follower DM group which I left. Is this the same thing? Did you mean comments on posts or in DM's?

I have so far:
- stopped posting
- removed tags from old posts
- reported it to IG with no response

When I got this, I just remove link in my bio..and then everything goes normal until in this few days I only can follow 5-10 user..after that..you CAN'T...

Sorry to hear So you stopped using IG for 10 days, did you post as all? Did you change any other patterns or things you were doing? Have it improved?

Engagement group is basically a group of people, where each other like or/and comment your post and you do the same for them.
I think it's not a problem if you are in DM groups directly on Instagram, but I was in this engagement group on telegram. Many people clicked on the direct link and commented on my post. The result of is was a shadow ban for this post only.

You just have wait it out 10 days, don't do anything crazy and don't stop posting and let your account die.
You are getting less likes, because your post only reaches your own followers.

Will dm group really get you banned? i dont think it makes sense though to ban people cause of DM groups, its always good to share to people when you post?

Btw, im having a close to 10k followers luxury account, and was hoping to create a dm group for it, anyone wanna join?
