Shadowban or not

I was very agresive on my fresh fitness account which resulted in my posts hashtags not working basically my pictures wouldnt be found with the hashtags. I said to myself ok i got shadowbanned imma just make a new account and be more gentle there but when i made the new account its hashtags didnt work from the start. Is there something i can do about this ?

Did you create the new account on the same ip? It might be that Instagram has already flagged your account because of this.

In my experience Instagram is also more suspicious of new accounts. You get like blocked, shadow banned and all of that good stuff until you "prove" that you are not just spamming. Keep posting, don't overdo it with the number of hashtags, don't use the same hashtags each time and see if this lifts the shadow ban.

ok i made a new account on a vpn and it fixed the problem for that account now i will only use 5 hashtags not always 30 as i did on my previous account and i will carefully choose my hashtags so i can rank on the top not just the popular hashtags with millions of posts per day

Great to hear that it worked for you!
Not choosing the popular hashtags is a good strategy. I usually look at my average engagement (so how many likes and comments on my average post). If that e.g. is 150 likes, then I search for related hashtags that have at least one 150 likes or less post in the top post area. That way I know I have a chance too to be featured there. If a hashtag has only posts with thousands of likes as the top posts, it is unlikely that you will be featured. It takes some work to find less popular hashtags, but it is worth it.

I am having the same issue, but I'm too attached to my instagram page. Anything you did that helped lift the shadowban?

use a moble phone then login if nothink sticking shadow ban.

Instagram shadowbans devices so stop using that phone for a week or two
