that will depend where you where shadowban, if it is social media, you can verify by using a new account and search for your content if it doesn't appear possible shadowban social media usually hide your page or post so no one can find it until you remove the post, image, video that is against the TSO.
Remove hashtags from the comments or captions, delete one or two of your recent posts usually if you remove the post that triggered the shadowban the account will start working again within a couple of hours and last if nothing of the above works, disable the account for a couple of days and then go back.

Agreed, best way is to check from another account. The way shadowban is implemented is constantly changing.
Now it shadowbanning tweets on case by case basis.
For example if I use more then 7 hashtags my tweets get don't show up in searches.
