My account is two years old. I've had five campaigns (100% legit ads) running smoothly ever since, averaging 800 impressions per day.

For the past three days, I've been at 20 impressions per day (-98%).
This affects all my campaigns, all my keywords, and my two target websites.
All my ads/keywords are "eligible," with no issues with the account or notifications.

What's going on? Shadow ban? Manual review?

A sudden drop like that usually means the ads got caught in a review cycle or the algo flagged something even if the account shows no errors. It might also be a budget or bidding shift in your niche that pushed you out of auctions. Give it a few more days, try duplicating a campaign with fresh creatives, and if nothing changes contact support to see if there is a hidden restriction.

Looks like Google just slowed you down, sometimes they limit delivery without sending a notice.

It really looks like that indeed

Is this temporary or permanent?
Is the limitation at the account level? Or on my website?
Can I bypass this limit if I create a new Ads account?

I have the same symptoms. If there's a major change to my account, my account will be shadowbanned, just like the author, and then suspended a few days later.

Avoid major changes to your account.
