Might have to post on the Hire a Freelancer section for that, or you could look up threads here discussing Shadowbans, what to do when you get them, and how to avoid them moving forward. There should be such guides on here for it since there's a lot to get into with that sort of topic.

I’ve dealt with shadow bans before on Instagram. Usually, it happens due to aggressive following or using certain hashtags that trigger their algorithm. First, try taking a break from posting for a few days to reset your account. Also, make sure you’re not using any banned or overused hashtags. If it doesn’t clear up, you might want to look into other recovery methods. Feel free to DM me if you need more guidance.

2. RE-INSTALL the app.
3. f that doesn't work disable the account for a few days.
