Shadow ban for posting inappropriate content

I received a shadowban for posting something that the algorithm deemed inapporpriate.
Is it safe to continue to use automation f/uf in the 2 week period while the shadowban is in place or should I just restart the automation from a lower number and build back up after the shadow ban is lifted?

Start doing things that will lift the shadowban: engage more with your followers: likes, comments etc. then start automation but very slow after 2 weeks

I already engage with my followers via like, comments, story responses etc. I also wait 14 days before I start at a much lower number and build back up to my previous f/uf.
I'll just keep doing that then, thank you!

nothing you can do to lift it. you gotta wait it out and just do what you been doing --
no harm in the automation.
