Shadow ban due to automation?

hey guys,

So i have a question.

I put one of my travel account on jarvee and use a proxy with it. I never connect this account on my phone , just on my computer under the ip of the proxy. But i'm on holiday right now, and I dont know why but I connected my jarvee account on my iPad with the ip address of the wifi and my personal ig is connected under that wifi since it's the wifi of the airbnb. When I realise that, I immediately disconnect the jarvee account and only use my 3g to connect to my personal account ( through my phone , not the iPad). I posted yesterday and my engagement drop , not because the picture is bad , it's like all the others, I usually have 10% engagement on my 20k.. I had a look on my # and realise that it didn't appear in instagram so yayyy shadow ban.

What do you think I should do ?

Put the account to rest for a few days (5-7) and restart using the original settings afterwards.

Take off your acc from any servicies. Wait 1.5-2 weeks. Write to tech support of insta and ask them to remove shadow ban.

when you put your account into Automation on some software, the worst thing you could do is stopping doing manual action on it. always access from your phone and do few human actions every day. this can help a lot

You feel because you had a drop in engagement your shadow banned ?
Has this been ongoing ?
Are you not showing under tags?
Have you tested ?
A lot of the time after a slow down , and change of the content type and frequency you will see a decline but unless your 100% it’s not shadow ban it’s just algorithm changes.

How do you reach tech support? Via "report a problem"?
