I still want to pay him the rest of the money, but not via Skrill. I'll be happy to pay him via PayPal or iDeal if he has his own site or something.

@BassTrackerBoats I have received 0.73Euros that were remaining via skrill last night by him. He did rant a little on skype but I just avoided it by saying I will reply here once he has paid the remaining money.
So he has paid me everything that he had to via skrill. Thank you for all the help and support for solving this case and for keeping a tab. I really appreciate your help and this is a lesson well learnt for me too. Thank you
