We contacted the seller via private message, and the delivery has been repeatedly postponed. The seller claimed to have completed the work and sent us the attached report, but the report contains no links or text related to the websites we provided.

@TopRank Solutions, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

At no time during the Dispute should communication between the Accuser and Accused leave this thread. All evidence and any refund information will stay on BlackHat World ®.​

already post soo many time post and post delete again and again delete and aslo still working on his project here is file.

daily i have change soo many subreddits and change contnet,

If you review the file the seller claims to have delivered, you will see that it is incomplete. I no longer wish to wait for this seller and I want a full refund. The seller has significantly exceeded the deadline they specified, and I do not believe they have the ability to complete this proj

I had already completed this work before, but the posts were getting deleted repeatedly. Even then, I continued giving daily updates in the sheet, and the work is still ongoing. If you check the sheet now, you will see that it is almost complete.

I also want to apologize for the delay. During the last 2 weeks, I was busy with shifting houses, and because of that my office worker did not give proper attention to your sheet. However, for the past week I have personally been working on your project again.

You can clearly see that the sheet is now almost completed, and one package has already been fully completed with live links. I also completed the work using branded mention links as requested. Please review the sheet carefully.

I am doing my best to fully complete this project by today.

I had already completed this project within the first week. The only reason I continued revising the work was because some posts were getting deleted, so I kept replacing and updating them from my side.

You can also check the client chat where I shared progress reports and asked the client to review and moderate the sheet. However, the client told me to notify them only after the work was fully completed.

From my side, the work had already been completed earlier, and now the revisions are also finished. The sheet is complete, and the project has been delivered with the required posts and links. The progress and updates are clearly visible in the sheet.
 
I have told this seller many times that I want a refund. They are still telling me that the order has been completed, but I do not accept this. I want my money back.

The order has already been completed. As clearly mentioned in my thread disclaimer from the beginning, if links continue getting removed, then I may use brand mentions instead. I had already asked for your confirmation regarding this earlier, but I did not receive a reply from you.

Even after that, I still completed your work with links included. Please check the sheet carefully. Everything was done according to your requirements.

If you still choose not to accept the work, then that is not my fault because the conditions and disclaimer were already clearly written in my thread. Reddit has strict rules in many subreddits where direct links are not allowed, so in those cases I use branded mentions instead.

The specified instructions were not followed, and the only connection to the website and brand name was through shared posts. Additionally, the work was not delivered within the specified timeframe. Despite my request for a refund and to cancel the order, I was sent an empty delivery file solely for the purpose of making a delivery. Upon reviewing the delivery file, it is evident that only posts related to the brand were shared. I am requesting a full refund. @

Keeping all of your concerns in mind, we shared the working file with you from the beginning of the project so everything could stay transparent and you could monitor the work directly.

Regarding the timeframe, you purchased 2 packages, and I had already completed the work according to my thread terms using branded mentions. Later, you said that was not the type of work you expected, so even after already completing the original work, I removed it and redid the entire project in a different way according to your requests.

I also gave you multiple extra revisions and additional work to satisfy you properly. Most sellers would simply complete the order according to their thread terms and stop there, but I still continued revising and reworking everything for you.

The moderator can clearly review the report and see all the work that was completed. I genuinely gave my full effort on this project and tried my best to follow your expectations, even beyond the original service description.

I understand there was confusion about the service details, but it is not correct to say that no work was done. You can review the report and see the amount of revisions and additional effort that was put into your project.
 
This seller is lying and is unable to complete the work they promised. This seller does not have the skills to finish the job. To prevent other buyers from being victimized in the future, I request that the seller’s listing be deactivated and that a refund be issued.

Please stop calling me a scammer or saying I am lying. I have already completed the work on my side multiple times, and I have also done several revisions just to make sure you are satisfied.

I followed the exact instructions mentioned in my thread. I even completed the work properly and submitted reports on BHW. At the start of the order, I clearly asked you to review the content and other details, but I did not receive proper feedback at that time. Sometimes replies were delayed, and instead of clear instructions, I kept receiving changes after delivery.

I have put a lot of effort into this project. I adjusted the work multiple times, removed and reworked links, and tried to match your expectations even beyond the original scope. If you check the Google Sheet history, you can see how many times links were updated and replaced.

My intention was never to leave anything incomplete. I have been working in good faith and also handling other clients at the same time. This is not about money or value, it is about the work and effort I already delivered.

I request you to stop using false claims and let the matter be handled properly through the correct support channel if needed.
 
As mentioned clearly in my thread, there is no guarantee for post deletion or retention because it depends on external platform rules and Reddit moderation.

Even then, whenever posts get deleted, I continue adjusting and replacing them based on the agreed process. I have already been making changes and updates whenever needed.

I am still working on your project and trying to handle it as per the service terms. The changes you are requesting are already part of the process, and I am following them accordingly.

As soon as I received the order, I created the sheet and shared it with you so you could review and confirm everything was correct. There was no response from your side for around 4 days.

Later, once I started the work properly, you came back and asked me to check and fix the document again. After that, when things were already in progress, you mentioned that branded mentions would not be accepted, so I had to restart and adjust the entire process again.

Because of repeated changes in instructions, a lot of time was spent updating and replacing links multiple times. Even then, I continued working and made sure everything was aligned with your updated requirements.

You can also check the first few posts where links were not added and see how the process evolved over time, including the posts that have now been live for more than a month.

I just checked the sheet again and noticed that the client edited the document and added abusive language toward me, which I have now removed.

I have been trying to handle this matter professionally and respectfully from the beginning, even during disagreements, but using insults or abusive language inside the working documents is not appropriate.

I request that the discussion remain professional and focused on the actual work and service terms instead of personal attacks.
