Several links from same domain; juice from them all?

Let`s say I register and put a link with an ancor on some site. It`s ********.
I get the juice, I climb on the rankings etc.
What happens if I register all over again and make another link with the same anchor? Will I get juice from that link as well? Not talking about spamming the same site with my link hundreds of times, but it would me nice if I could do it 4-5 times, raise no flags, and get juice for all of them..

It's funny, sometimes I see a competitior with hundreds of links. So I do a backlink check and find they're all from one of his other sites.

I wouldn't put the same link on the site. But you can put another one of your website links on there.

I think it does count but with diminishing returns. I've heard up to 10 links from the same IP is fine but Im not really qualified to state this as fact
