Setup Proxy Server [ Ubuntu ]

    I have a server that has around 50 ips alocated .
    What is the easiest way to setup a proxy server .

    I want to get use the all the ips to a single autorization .

    If you install squid you will be able to make it a proxy server

    squid + webmin ?

    If you want to have only proxy servers, squid will be enough.

    The setup will be to have many IPS ( Personal Use , I will not become a provider ) but what is a good guide to do this ?

    I have problems on the setup with squid ..
    I get everytime "Access Denied"
