Setup Jarvee or other with proxies on a VM, ongoing consulting and work.

I am looking to setup my own small social media network for my own use. I have several white hat projects even a more than white, a green hat non profit that I want to help along with a bot net.
Will pay $10 an hour, You will need to initialy work through an online freelancing site, IE im not sending money to anyone.
