Trying to create an ad now. Do you by any chance know how I can create an ad with "good ad strength"? Google keep giving me this issue and won't let me publish the campaign.
I finally managed to create an ad after fixing the ad and adding billing information. I deposited 10 dollars to the ad account. The ad says enabled and is green. But when I search on Google keyword planner, I still cannot see the exact search volume. Do I need to reach a certain threshold before I can see it?

It takes some time to show. Also, have you checked it on 1st page end, 2nd pages. Based on your competition and your bid amount, the ad will show.

You can check in the Google keyword planner forecast of your Ads means you can check how your ad will run and how much you will be charge for keywords that you will select. You can also see imp. clicks forecast in the Google keyword planner section.
