Current condition:
My website (affiliate site) will redirect those who click "sign up" to official site for register!
What i want:
I can create "sign up" form with my refferal code (connected to official site) in my website! So they can register directly in my site (not redirect it to official site). But after, they registered.. they can be redirected to official site for further action.
Problem:
I ever tried to make this form, but have problem on captcha and the registered member are not under my affiliates

Setup the form with my affiliate code in some LP > i will try to register an account > check the account > success regis under my ref code > paid
