Setting up shopify store, having an issue with paypal

I'm not from the US so the only payment option right now is paypal. If i try to check out on my computer paypal gives me an option to enter credit card info and choose to not create a paypal account. The problem is when I try to check out on mobile, and I choose the option that I don't have papyal, it lets me enter my credit card info but then at the bottom it forces me to create a paypal account, asking for email, password and even ID number...
Is there a way to make it so that it doesn't force me to create a paypal account when checking out on mobile?

May I know from where you are buying? Maybe they are only accepting from Paypal and they requires you to do so.
