Hey fam, I have been frustrated for the last 3 days I have been trying to set up a proxy farm for myself and personal use alone and I just realized that all the ISP (Internet service provider) in my Country does not allow the IP Address to rotate anything less than 24hrs (DHCP LEASE TIME =1440) Mind you am from a 3rd world country and this is frustrating, the amount I spend on proxy alone is mind bogging and it pushes me to burn accounts my last option now is Starlink hopefully the DHCP lease time is at least 5 minute.

NB: DHCP Lease time is how soon the Ip address will change.

Your suggestion and encouragement are highly welcome sincerely

That’s a tough spot, especially with such a long DHCP lease. Starlink might give you better flexibility, but results can vary. You could also try using dongles with mobile data for IP rotation, or look into 4G proxy setups if they’re available in your area. Keep pushing.

It’s frustrating, but workable with the right setup.
 
That's frustrating. If you have multiple phones, each with its own modem and unique IP, is it possible to rotate traffic across those IPs?

Totally get your frustration, a 24h lease is brutal when you’re trying to run a proxy farm or rotate for account work. One option you might want to consider is using mobile proxies instead of regular ISP lines. Mobile IPs typically rotate on demand or at short intervals (some as low as every 1–2 minutes), and the trust level is often much higher.
Some setups are entirely plug & play, with dynamic rotation from a dashboard or API. Might save you from burning accounts and dealing with hardcoded DHCP delays. If Starlink doesn’t give the flexibility you need, mobile could be your escape hatch, and yes, you’ll find some working setups right here on BHW.
 
1st thing you do when you want to setup proxy farm is checking lease time AND checking pool where you get IP from. Some providers 4G/5G providers rotate very small IP pool per region and/or cell tower.
Every provider has different rules.
Sometimes rules for 3g/4g/5g are different.

Starlink DHCP lease is actually just ~5 mins, but don’t get too excited:
  • Realistically, the IP won't rotate on demand. Starlink often locks your IP up to 24 hrs even with reboots.
  • Frequent IP rotation happens randomly, not reliably. Starlink uses CGNAT, meaning you share your IP with multiple users, causing CAPTCHA issues and sometimes poor IP reputation.
For a reliable proxy farm setup, you might have better luck with mobile proxies or multiple ISP lines. They offer real, predictable IP rotation and don’t come with Starlink's unpredictable NAT headaches.
