setting up private proxy

I need to set up some "elite" proxies on some unused ip's on my server. I was wondering if there is some software that you can upload to a site that is sitting on that ip that would turn that IP into an elite proxy.

It is a dedicated server and all I want to use the proxies for is to check my US accounts and offers.

I can access with ssh as well if someone has a step by step process to doing it that way.

What OS are you running on your dedi?

I am considering the elite proxy prgram at elite-proxy dot net, but I wanted to get some input from some members here... anyone used this?
