Setting up paypal on site plugin or no plugin?

Hey guys as the title suggested, i'm about to link my service site to paypal, i noticed there are several plugins available or you can do it coding or have it done for you. I was just wondering what are the pros/cons to each and which would you suggest, i will be selling social media manangement service packages..
