I have access to a lot of IP addresses and would like to setup some proxy servers for using tweet attacks etc. I already have the actual servers. I am sure there is some server software out there I could use. But most everything I find is for caching etc.
In other words. How do I setup a proxy so that other people could use it for tweet attacks, senuke etc. (What is a good software?)
