Setting Up Multiple Acounts

I have 2 instagram accounts over 60k and 40k followers, and I want to have 20 accounts spread across 2 different niches. I understand how to use a proxy and where to buy aged accounts.

What is the safest and easiest way to validate all 20 accounts through phone number? Since I will be botting using the same phone number is out of the question

Since it's a one time use only, what would happen if I got locked out of instagram and they sent a code to that number weeks after I used it?
