Setting up in Shenzhen

Hi guys

In the 1st week of June, I will be setting up a trading office in Shenzhen (the city which is mecca for consumer digital electronics)

I plan to setsup this office keeping dropshipping operations in mind. i have been selling one eBay for past 6-7 years and have a fair knowledge of how it works

I do not want to setup a dropshipping website as of now as i want to limit the number of clients i will serve. Initially my resources (in terms of manpower and finances) are limited and hence i do not want to do business which i can not run smoothly

I seek ideas from you as most of you are experienced sellers and have a fair knowledge of how business works in your own regions

Any ideas ranging from "what products" to "service improvements" are welcome

Thanks J, I will look into E-cigs, but i just ordered 10 pcs of Windows Tablets to come to India. I will update you once i check them thoroughly

By the way , i forgot to mention, I am dealing with china for last 15 years and have good understanding of how business works and what is the limit beyond which if we bargain can result in a off quality items !!

Well I should mention I have been doing the same since 08. I own a rep shoe site, mainly jordans, but recently they have had a large interest in the LeBron shoes. However I still have a market for electronics. I know there are good and bad over there. You will come in useful! Let me know about the tablets.
