setting up for stealth accounts ebay paypal

I'm sure there are plenty of people on here setting up stealth accounts, I need a new one after being banned for inappropriate language ,I have been banned 3 times before because of disputes and language. I am finding it very difficult to get a way back on without them flagging me straight away, so I have applied for a vcc card, but need bank, home address, will get a new sim card for phones so that should be ok unless they only accept landlines, I have got a mates login details and can probably use those for the account, its only a buyer account but want to switch to a seller (he doesn't mind by the way), what I may need is, in case they ask (they do a lot now) is fake id, fake utility or bank statement ,also ip worries me I use proxy or hide ip software like the plugin on firefox but they then can ask to ring you up, can anyone give advice thanks

Sounds like a mess truly lol, what I would suggest is making a completely new account paypal and ebay account with a private proxy or vps, your gonna need to read a ebay stealth guide. I have there are several you can find here, I have a wrote a stealth guide I made myself, its my 2 cents on how I create my stealth accounts. You need to actually inform yourself on how to make good stealth accounts! Remember to never take guide from just one person, and really inform yourself from all sources.

Because if you don't you will just go down that road all the time of getting banned and suspended.. Let me know if you need any help with questions that you might have!
