Setting up DBA license in Canada

So I have decided to start some questionable methods. However, I want to setup a secondary EPN account so that my main one does not get banned. I was told to look into a DBA (doing business as) license, and some other things... Can somebody please tell me the steps I should be taking and where I can find information on how to do this in Canada?

I think the service is more so for non US citizens.

If that's not what you're looking for, your best bet would be to call your city clerk / city hall and ask where to go to register a new business. I'm sure they'll know.

Here in the states a DBA license runs anywhere from $50-150 or more. My last one was about $120, if I remember correctly. Corporations will of course cost more, at least they do here in the states.
