Setting up CPV labs Tracking with Mundo Media

Is there any affiliate who had set up CPV labs tracking tool with Mundo Media network?

I am trying to pass the correct variables in the URL so I can track the conversions with my postback.

Is there anybody who can help me with this?

I only need to see how the end of the link looks like.
