If I buy decent, niche related, expired domains, set them up on MY godaddy account, but with whois privacy, and host them on MY hosting account, but with diverse ip's, will the whois privacy and diverse ip's stop them being detected as my sites?

Yes for registrar and Whois protection. Hosting depends on what you consider as "diverse IPs".
 
Unique c-class. Wont it flagg that all of the sites are on the same host, even if they have different ip's?

If sites would be flagged that easily, I'm not sure what would be with like 723 sites sharing same IP on huge hosts for example such as Hostgator. :) So they all should be flagged and banned?

So, I'm positive that is not the case.

When IPv6 comes trough, things will be different, but thats in about 5-10 years so you are good to go for now IMHO.

So in that case, there's no point in even paying extra for unique ip's for PBN's. One person could host his money site and all PBN's on the same account with the same ip?

This is now completely different statement. One time you are saying that everything should be hosted on unique c-class IP and now all at one IP? Or I've misunderstood something?

Having couple of sites on same hosting is good, don't see any issues with that. Having entire PBN on same hosting, that's not cool and/or good at all.

There is always a benefit of having your own dedicated IP, but ok, can you see a history of that IP and know what it has been used for earlier? Nope. Shared IPs are good. As long as there is IPv4 IPs will need to be shared.
 
Unique C-Block (it's not class) is good, but you'd be better off having it more unique. Take a look at our BST for Easy Blog Networks which offers multiple hosts and servers from one dashboard.

If the host is large enough and you have small# websites it might not raise a large flag. But if you have a lot, then using different host might be a good idea. Whois privacy for all your domains isn't advisable. You should limit privacy to 20% of the domains in the PBN, just use fake ID for the rest.
