Find your local online market place. Start creating your store there. If your target is international buyers, create an eBay account and start selling there.

If you can't do it yourself then better hire some freelancer to do it for you. But if you know your way around then you need a website and an app for your store so that the custoemrs can buy from you by using your website or app.

Wordpress has many shop themes that you can use for your store.
